CHECK IN/OUT Check in time to all of our properties is at 4.00PM and check-out time is 11.00AM. Late check-out will be charged at $75.00 per hour until 4.00PM. After 4.00PM a full night will be charged (subject to availability). KEY PICK-UP TIMES Keys may be picked up at our offices in Florida 24 hours a day. A mailbox is used after hours. SECURITY DEPOSIT Upon check-in, the guest must provide a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express deposit of US$300.00 per stay. No charge is made to the credit card unless there are damages to the assigned property. PAYMENT METHODS Payment is accepted in either of the following formats: Personal Check, Bankers Draft, or Credit Card. A 4% surcharge may be levied for credit card payment. Final Payment is due 21 days prior to arrival. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Verbal or telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellations made at least 21 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund less admin charges (advised upon receipt of cancellation notice). Cancellations made 28 days or less prior to the arrival date will be charged in full. No-shows will also be charged in full. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING Once a booking has been made, the Customer agrees to abide by the rules and legislation in reference to our homes for lease.  The customer agrees to hold harmless US Holidays Inc. of Florida, USA from suits or claims of any guest in reference to damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed personal belongings. We STRONGLY recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance also covering personal belongings.   The customer agrees to hold harmless US Holidays Inc. of Florida, USA from any and all injuries to occupants, family members, or guests occurring on or about the premises.   The customer agrees to hold harmless US Holidays Inc. of Florida, USA, from any disruption to their vacation through 'acts-of-god' (in climate weather etc.).
